Sydney's Bad Moon Born has gone through such an extreme evolutionary process in recent years, that Charles Darwin himself wouldn't even be able to scratch the surface of it.
The reason for this is two-fold.
Firstly, the addition to the band of lead vocalist, Jordan Von Grae, and secondly, Guitarist Voya Milutinovic taking full control of production duties.
What we now have is a fully evolved monster of a band that can create solid gold weapons of mass destruction like 'The Heart From The Hollow', Bad Moon Born's first single for 2021, and their heaviest release to date.
This track is the aural equivalent of Godzilla vs King Kong, destroying everything in its path, and having a hell of a time doing it.
BMB have gotten leaner, meaner & angrier, unleashing a brutal (and at times) terrifying assault, with Jordan Von Grae's vocals tearing through the center of it all like a rabid dog!
The whole thing kicks like a mule from go to woah, with barely a let up to catch its breath, or allow the listener a second to recover.
If 'The Heart From The Hollow' is any indication of the path that Bad Moon Born are heading down, then be prepared to dive head first into the heart of darkness from here on in.
Complete and utter brilliance!
